textures of turkey

turkey is a place of many textures. there are the glazed mosaics of topkapi palace; the alluring estates of bosphorus; the imposing domes of blue mosque; the abrasive landscape of cappadocia.

november has been and will be an incredibly busy month. this comes immediately after my uber-relaxing escape to turkey end-october.

this designer at a talk this morning said 'changing gears can inspire'.

i think he just might be right.
